TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • COVID-19: Please do not come to your appointment if you show any symptoms of illness or have been exposed to someone with illness. If you have traveled or been amongst big crowds within 14 days of your appointment, please reschedule. I will be wearing mask during the appointment. 

  •  

  • CANCELLATION/LATE POLICY: You will not be charged if you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment starts. Otherwise, you will be charged 50% of service price for late cancellation and 100% for no shows. Please note that late arrivals may be subject to a late fee. ​

  • NO CALL NO SHOW: If you fail to show up for a scheduled appointment without notice, you will lose any funds already paid and will not be able to schedule future appointments.​

  • DEPOSITS: All customers are required to pay a NON - REFUNDABLE (But transferable) deposit at the time of booking by card. The remainder of the balance must be paid at the appointment in cash. 

  • BUSINESS HOURS: All appointments outside of business hours will be assessed an additional fee, if I am able to accommodate your request. 

  • EXTRA PERSONS: There is a no extra person policy. No friends. No significant others. No children. No bridal party. Just yourself :)

  • LOCATION: Address will be sent 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment via reminder email.

  • PAYMENT: Please bring your exact remaining amount in cash at the time of service. Cards not currently accepted.

  • TIME MANAGEMENT: Please refrain from using cellular devices while being serviced.
