What payment options do you accept?
We accept the following forms of payment:
Are you cruelty free?
Yes we are.
Do you collect sales tax?
State law requires that we collect applicable sales tax on all orders shipped to addresses in Missouri.
What shipping services do you offer?
We offer shipping via USPS. You have the option of Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment we do not ship internationally, but will be servicing our international customers soon.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping for purchases over $75.
When will my order ship?
Our processing time is 1-3 business days before actual shipment.
How can I track my order?
After your order has shipped, we will send you information on your tracking number. Depending on the carrier, you should easily have access to you package transit times and progress.
My package was marked as delivered, but I haven't recieved it.
Sometimes the carrier may mark an item as delivered while it is still in transit. Please give the item until the end of the day. If you still do not receive your package please contact us so that we can look into the status of the shipping for you.
My item arrived damaged, what should I do?
Sometimes the shipping process can be rough. We will take proper precautions to ensure your products get to you undamaged. However, in the circumstance that you do receive damaged items contact us at email@example.com and we will work with you to get new items shipped out.
Can I returm my package if I change my mind?
Sadly, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
