Cancellation Policy
You will not be charged if you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment starts. Otherwise, you will be charged 50% of service price for late cancellation and 100% for no shows. Please note that there is a 10-MIN grace period for late arrivals. After 10 MIN you will be assessed a $15 late fee. After 30 min, your appointment will have to be cancelled and assessed a late cancellation fee according to our cancellation policy. Deposits are non refundable.
